Is the quote my final payout?
Your cart shows an estimate based on the clubs and details you enter, their condition, and your chosen payout method. The final payout is subject to inspection and approval after your clubs arrive. Describe your equipment accurately when building your quote.
Can I trade in an iron set?
Yes, if the set is listed in the catalog. Select the irons included in your set when adding it to your cart. Iron sets must contain at least six clubs and include a pitching wedge.
How do gift cards and payout bonuses work?
Choose from the payout options shown in your cart. Each option displays its available bonus or adjustment, which is automatically reflected in your estimated total. Bonuses vary by payout method. Review any disclosure shown beside an option before selecting it.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
A free prepaid shipping label is included with your trade-in. After submitting, follow the instructions on your confirmation page to create your label, securely pack your clubs, and send them for inspection.
When will I get paid?
Your clubs need to arrive and be inspected and approved before your payout is processed. Submitting a quote or creating a shipping label does not mean the payout has been issued. Your selected payout method is saved with your trade-in.
How can I check my trade-in status?
Visit Track your trade-in and enter the email address you used when submitting. Use the secure link sent to that address to view your trade-in history and status.
